Although I am an experienced, full time, full service real estate agent, I've been told that I am far from typical. I'm not beholden to the real estate industry. I don't " fall for the trappings". I don't drive a fancy car or have a fancy office. I keep my costs low. This allows me to focus on providing service.  I choose to take on only a few clients at a time,  rather than on aggressively seeking out new clients . I provide personalized service, no pressure,  and pass along commission rebates to clients.
I always endeavor to make the home buying experience painless, pleasant, and fun,  but I take very seriously my obligation to work in the buyer's best interest. In the recent past that has included suggesting to some clients that they wait for further price drops and continue renting for the time being.
I work in the entire Seattle/Eastside area, but I'm most familiar with Ballard, Greenwood, Phinney, Fremont, Ravenna, Wedgewood,  West Seattle, Central Seattle, Madrona, Leschi, Mt. Baker, Seward Park, Beacon Hill, Bryn Mawr, Lakeridge, Skyway, Renton, Newcastle, Issaquah, and Bellevue.

Instead of trying to sell you a house, I'll do extensive research, freely share information and resources , and do whatever I can to help you feel more comfortable and informed about whatever decision you make.

                       TESTIMONIAL

" During the search, Ira got us into all the properties we wanted to see, suggested other good ones, and provided cogent critique and advice.  He didn't push us to move any faster than we wanted.  Once we found a good house, he handled the offer and negotiation process quickly and smoothly.  After acceptance, he helped with all the big and little things that come up between acceptance and closing. Throughout the process he was available for as long as we needed, often on short notice, and remained patient and helpful."
